? Consult with hiring manager to identify hiring needs, define clear job skill specifications. ? Define effective internal and external recruitment channels. ? Perform candidate screening and conduct interview to ensure the staffing practices comply with company policy and process to resource qualified candidates. ? Understand each open role’s requirements and how it fits into the organization. ? Manage recruitment system, candidate database, job portals etc. ? Provide weekly recruitment status report and data analysis for current recruitment quality and use data to identify further improvements.
? Hold a bachelor degree ? Possess 2-3 years of working experience in Human Resources in multinational company, ideally in recruitment field ? Are proficient in verbal and written English ? Are able to communicate effectively across all employee groups ? Have very high sense of urgency and keep calm under pressure ? Pay attention to details
