Job Descriptions


Assist in establishing and enhancing business relationships with customers through provision of quality customer service to maximize business growth

  

Assist in supervising the team’s merchandising activities in the entire order process to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery

  

Provide input on product design to meet customers’ buying objectives

  

Assist in building and maintaining a strong vendor network for product development and production

  

Assist in supervising the team to enhance service delivery and operation efficiency

  

Manage project from Sourcing, Product Development till Production

  

Build and maintain a strong local and regional vendor network to meet customers’ current and future business needs

  

Provide solutions and support to ensure smooth production and manufacturing process

  

Supervise Merchandising Team in the entire order process to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery

  

Manage Product Development and Production to meet customers’ requirements and compliance standards

  

Identify local and global market trends of indoor/office furniture

  

Analyze and research on indoor/office furniture trend seasonal analysis reports

  

Source and negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive prices, deals & terms

  

Develop solid network with suppliers' and maintain long term partnership with EU customers, mills and factories

  

Monitor supplier performance and bulk quality standard control

  

Involve in the product development process to ensure that products meet customers' quality and budget requirements

  

Participate in price negotiation and liaison with vendors or suppliers

  

Perform other duties as assigned by Management

  

Requirements

  

Experience in indoor/office furniture

  

Minimum 5 years' relevant experience

  

Strong product and material knowledge with good development skills, and familiar with merchandising and product development process

  

Able to work under pressure, result oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail minded

  

Ability to build strong relationships with the team as a good team leader, communicate effectively with internal and external parties

  

Well organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem solving skills, able to meet deadlines

  

Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

  

Literate in Microsoft office programs

  

Occasional travel is required
