职位内容:客人对接+产品管理+供应商开发/管理+跟单团队管理

上班地点:上海市宜山路2000号利丰广场(9号线合川路地铁站附近)

品类:期望候选人熟知室内家具(板材为主) +家居产品/家居收纳产品(塑料收纳箱/盒,布艺棉麻收纳凳/篮等等);具备团队管理经验。

市场:美国。

英文:需独立对接国外客人,请具备良好的商务口语能力。




Job Descriptions

    

    


  1. Establish and enhance long-term business relationships with customers through provision of quality customer service to maximize business growth
  2. Supervise the team’s merchandising activities in the entire order process to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
  3. Provide advice and suggestions on product design to meet customers’ buying objectives
  4. Supervise the team to enhance service delivery and operation efficiency
  5. Build and maintain a strong vendor network for product development and production
  6. Handle purchasing yarn related
  7. Work/liaise independently with suppliers from overseas and PRC
  8. Identify potential vendors and materials for product design and development
  9. Research and identify suitable product and market trends
  10. Establish and enhance long-term business relationships with customers through provision of quality customer service to maximize business growth
  11. Manage the sourcing business of the EU/US based customer
  12. Understand the customer needs and requirements, develop an effective sourcing strategy
  13. Communicate and coordinate production follow up with the offshores offices
  14. Lead a team of merchandisers
  15. Manage day to day merchandising posses from sourcing, product development, order allocation/scheduling strategic, vendor management, cost and budget control and coaching the team members to ensure cross-functional relationships
  16. Lead price negotiation with vendors and mills, insure design requirements are met for both product and margin stand point
  17. Establish and enhance long-term business relationships with customers through provision of quality customer service to maximize business growth
  18. Perform other duties as assigned by Management


                                                                        

    
    

    

Requirements

    

    


  1. Experience in Hardgoods & Storage and EU/USA market
  2. Diploma or Degree in international trade or related discipline preferred
  3. Minimum 10 years' relevant experience
  4. Strong product and material knowledge with good development skills, and familiar with merchandising and product development process
  5. Able to work under pressure, result oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail minded
  6. Ability to build strong relationships with the team as a good team leader, communicate effectively with internal and external parties
  7. Well organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem solving skills, able to meet deadlines
  8. Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  9. Literate in Microsoft office programs
  10. Occasional travel is required
